We are a small locally owned and operated business. You will speak with and meet directly with either David Bromwich or David Smith. We train and treat our staff with respect and have very low turnover, so you won't be dealing with a new person every time you contact our office. We believe in "continuous improvement" and are always trying to learn and do our work better. We believe we can help you and you can help us-your comments are appreciated.

You will meet with either David Smith or David Bromwich in your first counselling session. We want to bring our experience to help you. We contract the second counselling session to a very experienced independent counsellor who wants to help you. We often offer follow-up advice or counselling at no charge to you.
